Return & Refund Policy

At Oak Point Holdings LLC, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and obtaining refunds.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Personal care items such as hygiene products, cosmetics, and undergarments.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Sale items or clearance items.

1.3 Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Contact@oakpointstore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number and original receipt or proof of purchase. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Processing If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

2.2 Partial Refunds In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage.
  • The item is not in its original condition or missing parts.
  • The return is initiated after the 30-day return window.

2.3 Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for a refund.

2.4 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at Contact@oakpointstore.com with details and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

3.2 Exchange Process If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by contacting us at Contact@oakpointstore.com . If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to obtain a refund.

4.2 Refunds for Cancellations If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Additional Information

5.1 Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received a refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact@oakpointstore.com .

5.2 Return Shipping You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
